- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant
n
A successful HRBP should have:
n

- Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the healthcare or not for profit industry.
n
- Robust knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in Australia.
n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
n
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
n

What's on Offer

- Hourly rate of $50.00 to $60.00 AUD, depending on experience.
