What You'll Do

As Sales Manager, you'll be the powerhouse behind membership growth. You'll:

- Lead and inspire Membership Consultants to hit targets and close sales.
n
- Drive new membership growth through strategy, local marketing, and prospecting.
n
- Deliver results through KPIs, accountability,



and high-performance energy.
n
- Build a winning culture that thrives on fun, fitness, and results.
n
- Plan and execute lead generation including B2B, outreach, and community events.
n
- Lead by example ensuring to prospect and convert leads, make daily sales and contribute to the team's sales target and success.

- A proven sales leader with experience hitting and exceeding KPIs.

- Someone who loves mentoring a team and leading by example.

- A strong communicator who connects with people and builds trust fast.
