We are seeking an exceptional Venue Manager to lead the entire front of house operation from day one and bring to life the vision of a landmark new restaurant within the Powerhouse Parramatta. About the Role
As Venue Manager, you will hold full operational responsibility of the restaurant and bar. You will lead a high calibre front of house team, protect and elevate the guest experience, and ensure every detail reflects a sophisticated yet energetic identity.
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching and developing the complete FOH team across restaurant and bar
- Setting and maintaining service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations
- Building a positive, high-performance culture across all teams that attracts and retains top talent
- Overseeing daily operations, rostering and floor leadership during peak periods
- Working closely with ownership and senior leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences and commercial results
Qualifications
You are an experienced hospitality leader who has successfully managed large, high-volume venues and thrives in the pressure and energy of a major opening.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or equivalent in a busy, high expectation restaurant or multi outlet environment
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead and inspire high performing front of house teams
- Exceptional guest focused mindset with a track record of elevating service standards
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance experience with operational performance
- Calm, decisive leadership under pressure and the energy to match an iconic launch
