About the roles

- Preparing and cooking quality meals to a consistent standard
n
- Assisting chefs with food preparation, plating and service
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen
n
- Dishwashing, cleaning and general kitchen duties
n
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
n
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
n
n
About you
n
n
- Previous kitchen,
cooking or hospitality experience is preferred
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment
n
- Reliable availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
- Solid attention to cleanliness, safety and presentationA current Food Safety Supervisor qualification is an advantage for chef and cook applicants
