We're looking for an energetic and reliable Sales Assistant/Trainee to support two experienced agents in a quick‐paced, client‐focused real estate environment. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop into a fully fledged Sales Agent — starting with hands‐on support and progressing into active sales responsibilities as skills and confidence grow.

About the role

You'll work closely with our Sales Agents, providing practical, on‐the‐ground support across a variety of tasks, including:

- Assisting at open homes and buyer appointments (including Saturdays)
n
- Preparing marketing materials and property information
n
- Managing enquiries and delivering exceptional customer service
n
- General administrative support to keep the sales process running smoothly
n
- Driving between properties and assisting with on‐the‐ground tasks
n
n
What we're looking for
n

- A current real estate certificate or licence (essential)
n
- Previous real estate or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- Strong communication skills and a professional presentation
n
- Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently
n
- Availability to work Saturdays
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
n
