Motorama is looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department at Nathan. If you have dealership experience, strong communication skills and a good understanding of vehicle parts, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.
n
- Interpret and supply genuine and aftermarket parts and accessories.
n
- Work closely with Sales and Workshop teams to meet customer and operational requirements.
n
- Manage special orders, ensuring parts are paid for, received and actioned promptly.
n
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
n




- Assist with stock management and keep parts operations running efficiently.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded.
n
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
n
- Experience with TUNE, Pentana or ERA DBS is an advantage.
n
- Forklift licence is highly regarded.
n
- Good technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
n
- Robust communication and questioning skills with a professional phone manner.
n

- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Current open manual driver's licence.
