About the Role

- Build responsive, nurturing relationships with children
n
- Lead your room with confidence, creativity, and care
n
- Support and mentor educators within your team
n
- Implement engaging learning environments and experiences
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
n




- Minimum 1-2 years of early childhood education experience required
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
- Ability to create nurturing, engaging environments
n
- Working with Children Check must be obtained before commencement
n

- Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care (minimum requirement)
