Experience or interest in migration law is highly regarded, as there may be opportunities to assist with visa and sponsorship matters as the practice grows.

About you

- Current practising certificate in your relevant state (or eligibility to obtain one)

- Solid experience in property/conveyancing and family law
n
- Migration law experience or interest preferred, but not essential
n
- Strong drafting and client advisory skills
n
- Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently
n
