In business forover 135 years, Haverford Brands is an importer that predominantly operates in the exciting world of E-Commerce. We currently supply a wide range of owned products throughout Australia, NZ, USA and the UK. Haverford Brands currently owns 12 brands and 24 separate websites.

About the Role:

n

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock movement, and compliance with established warehouse processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

n

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of warehouse employees, drive operational performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Team Leadership & Inbound / Outbound Operations

n

n
- Lead and supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations
n
- Ensure all stock is receipted, checked, and processed accurately and on time
n
- Ensure manifests and all outbound delivery documentation are accurate and complete
n
- Drive team performance against KPI, productivity, and quality targets
n
- Manage and direct daily floor activities, strategically allocating and rotating team members to support operational efficiency and service excellence
n

Process Compliance & Quality

n

n
- Enforce adherence to SOPs, warehouse processes, and workflow controls
n




- Identify and correct process deviations
n
- Ensure documentation and reporting standards are consistently maintained
n
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement
n
- Drive a culture of accountability and operational excellence
n
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
n
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders
n

n

General Warehouse Support

n

n
- Oversee put-away, stock rotation, and location management
n
- Support dispatch and wider warehouse operations
n
- Maintain WHS compliance and promote a safe working setting
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 5 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution environment highly regarded but the right attitude and energy is most important
n
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or 2IC with a team of 5+ employees
n
- Experience using CIN7 or similar platforms highly regarded
n
- Demonstrated focus on process compliance and continuous improvement
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
n
- Current Forklift License (LF) and (LO) required
n
- Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
n
