About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join Reward Hospitality AU on a full-time basis at our Yatala, QLD location. This is a strategic leadership position that will be pivotal in driving operational excellence across our supply chain operations. You will oversee the end-to-end supply chain function, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost management, and service delivery to support the growth and success of our hospitality business. This role offers the opportunity to shape supply chain strategy and lead a talented team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery
- Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to secure competitive pricing and reliable service
- Monitor supply chain metrics and key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all supply chain operations
- Implement process improvements and process efficiency initiatives to reduce waste and enhance operational performance
- Manage supply chain budgets and capital expenditure, ensuring financial targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and sales to support business requirements
- Analyse market trends and supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to mitigate disruptions

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field




- Minimum 7-10 years of supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing, transport, logistics or hospitality setting
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale supply chain operations and multi-functional teams
- Strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination
- Proficiency with supply chain management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated cost management expertise with a history of delivering significant savings and efficiency improvements
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of industry best practices, compliance requirements, and quality standards
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
