We're seeking an experienced Senior/Property Manager to join a highly-regarded and well established agency in the City of Merri-bek. This is an office-based role offering a supportive team environment, structured systems and a quality residential portfolio.

THE ROLE
n
n
- Manage a portfolio of up to 180 residential properties
n
- Leasing and in-house admin support
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance via approved contractors
n
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
n
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
n
- Ensure compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
n
- Utilise systems such as PropertyMe, IRE,
and Inspection Express
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
n
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in residential property management
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
n
- Confident managing a portfolio end to end
n
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
n
- Personal car and drivers license
n
n
ON OFFER

- Salary - Up to $100,800 package

- Monday to Friday - No Weekends
