About the role
n
Reporting to the Head of Project Operations, you will manage construction projects end-to-end and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders.
n
You will remain closely involved in the details of data centre construction and internal fit‐out delivery across Victoria.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
- Planning, programming and resource scheduling
n
- Managing internal fit‐out packages including walls, ceilings, racks, steel and carpentry
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams
n
- Managing procurement, logistics and site installation
n
- Budget management, forecasting, progress claims and variations
n
- Client and stakeholder communication
n
- Quality assurance, inspections, defects and handover
n
- Driving projects to completion on time, within budget and to the required quality standard
n

About you
n
n
- Solid Project Management experience within commercial construction, fit‐out, interiors or specialist contracting
n
- Hands‐on experience coordinating multiple trade packages and site delivery
n
- Exposure to walls, ceilings, steel, carpentry, joinery, modular systems or similar fit‐out packages
n
- Strong commercial capability across budgets, procurement, variations and project costs
n
- Good programming, sequencing and subcontractor management skills
n
- Strong client, builder and consultant communication
n
- A practical, hands‐on approach to resolving site issues
n
- Previous data centre experience will be viewed favourably, particularly where combined with strong commercial fit‐out delivery capability.

This is a strong opportunity for a hands‐on Project Manager who enjoys technical detail in construction, site coordination, and end‐to‐end project ownership.
