About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the service operations manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling service activities, managing job costs and supporting the field operations team. This role requires a confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to run service administration efficiently and accurately.
n
Ideal for someone with a strong background in HVAC, trades or service-based environments, who enjoys being the central point of coordination.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Set up, plan and coordinate service jobs and maintenance contracts
n
- Schedule site access, parking and technician requirements
n
- Manage job costs and ensure alignment with budgets
n
- Maintain solid communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams
n
- Produce job reports, certificates and required documentation
n
- Processing sales orders, counter sales, invoices and job variations in SimPRO
n
- Identify service opportunities and pass leads to the sales team
n

What we're looking for
n
Experience & Knowledge
n
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a service coordination, administration, operations or similar role
n
- SimPRO or similar experience is essential
n
- Experience supporting a field-service, trades or maintenance team
n
- Understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical aptitude is an advantage but not required
n
- Strong customer service approach with clear, confident communication
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
n
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
- Strong commercial awareness and experience working within budgets
n
- Ability to work effectively with technicians, management and clients
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
n
n
