The role

- Lead and run daily operations across urgent international air freight movements
n
- Manage shipments end to end: bookings, routing, customs coordination, delivery
n
- Make fast calls under pressure when timelines are tight and stakes are high
n
- Build and coach a small operations team as the business grows
n
- Own service quality, keep customers informed, and solve problems before they escape
n
- Improve processes and systems to support rapid growth
n
n
About you
n
n
- Solid freight forwarding operations background, ideally with strong air freight exposure
n
- Experience running urgent or express shipments and working to hard deadlines
n
- Comfortable in a 24/7 environment where things move quickly
n
- CargoWise experience highly regarded
n
- Hands-on leader who stays calm under pressure and gets things done
n
- Strong communicator with customers, carriers and agents
n
