One of Australia's largest and most established privately owned construction groups, with more than a century of construction history and an exceptional portfolio of landmark developments, is seeking an accomplished Structures Foreman for a major new luxury high-rise project in Brisbane. Located on a premium riverfront site in Newstead, the development incorporates a 25-storey luxury residential tower comprising 227 apartments, together with a six-storey boutique residential building. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2026 with delivery through to 2029. This is a key site leadership appointment requiring a proven high-rise Structures Foreman who can take ownership of the structure, drive floor cycles and lead structural delivery from commencement through to topping out.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Site Manager / Senior Site Manager, you will:

n

n
- Lead structural delivery across the high-rise tower and associated residential building
n
- Manage formwork, reinforcement, concrete, post-tensioning, structural steel and precast
n
- Plan and drive floor cycles, sequencing, productivity and programme
n
- Coordinate structural subcontractors, labour, plant, materials and tower crane operations
n
- Manage high-rise logistics and ensure resources are planned ahead of programme
n
- Review drawings, specifications and methodologies for constructability and sequencing
n
- Identify and resolve structural and trade interface issues before they impact delivery
n
- Manage structural QA, ITPs, inspections, hold points and concrete pours
n
- Maintain rigorous safety standards across formwork, working at heights, crane operations and concrete works
n




- Coordinate interfaces with façade, services, waterproofing and following trades
n
- Monitor subcontractor performance and take corrective action where required
n
- Take ownership of structural delivery through to topping out and handover to subsequent trades
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Extensive experience as a Structures Foreman / Structures Supervisor on major high-rise projects
n
- Demonstrated delivery of multi-storey concrete residential structures, ideally 20+ storeys
n
- Strong technical knowledge of formwork systems, reinforcement, concrete and post-tensioning
n
- Proven ability to drive demanding floor cycles
n
- Experience coordinating tower cranes and high-rise material logistics
n
- Strong understanding of structural drawings, tolerances, QA and inspection requirements
n
- Excellent subcontractor management and site leadership capability
n
- Relevant trade background, construction qualifications, licences and tickets highly regarded
n
- Premium residential experience advantageous
n

Importantly, we are looking for a structure's specialist, rather than a general supervisor - someone who can demonstrate successful responsibility for major concrete structures from the ground/podium through to topping out.

Remuneration

n

Circa A$250K + super, subject to experience and capability.
