HR Partners is partnering with a well-known industrial business located in the north west of Sydney for the recruitment of an experienced and agile Human Resources Business Partner with a sound IR skillset. Backed by a well rounded HR team and manager, you will deliver on both operational and strategic HR solutions to business leaders and their people.

Key areas of responsibility include but not limited to:

- Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within the business
n
- Actively lead and contribute as a change champion within the business in line with the business, growth and organisational change strategies
n
- Consult with and support senior management on HR processes, policies and procedures
n
- Case management, providing best practice ER and IR advice and coaching on legislation and practices
n
- Leading and managing from end to end Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and union negotiations
n
- Partner with the team leaders and business leaders across all areas of HR including performance management, recruitment and retention, reward and recognition, organisational effectiveness and remuneration reviews
