Shadforth is seeking a Leading Hand to run a small team and subcontractors on civil projects across the West Brisbane Region, delivering earthworks, roadworks and utilities to meet project specifications while being home every night.
Reporting to the Foreman, you’ll promote a safe, quality-focused culture, ensure timely completion, and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across residential, commercial and industrial developments in the region.
