The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of your own client portfolio while leading a dedicated pod consisting of a Senior Accountant, Accountants and a Client Services Coordinator, all supported by a dedicated technical reviewer.

Your role will include:

- Reviewing tax returns, BAS and financial statements prepared by your team
- Leading client meetings including tax planning, strategy sessions and annual reviewsDelivering advisory projects including restructures, business valuations, cash flow improvement and Virtual CFO engagements
- Building long-term relationships with SME clients and becoming their trusted adviser
- Mentoring and developing your team while maintaining exceptional client service




- Contributing to business development by growing your own portfolio and converting warm opportunities

You'll ideally bring:

- 5+ years' experience within public practice accounting
- CA qualified (or nearing completion)
- Experience reviewing work and managing client relationships
- A passion for advisory and helping business owners succeed
- Leadership experience or the desire to lead and develop a team
- Ambition to progress your career into Senior Manager and beyond
