As a Senior Manager within the Financial Performance Management team, you will play a key role in enabling strategic decision‑making across Technology and Operations. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide commercial insights, financial transparency and performance analysis to support improved business outcomes. You will lead performance management across Technology and Operations cost portfolios, ensuring robust financial oversight and effective resource allocation. You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis and decision support, while partnering with stakeholders across Technology, Operations and Finance. This is a high‑profile role requiring strong commercial judgement, exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
Provide timely, data‑driven financial insights and decision support to senior stakeholders
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, outlook and target‑setting processes
Analyse financial and business performance, identify key drivers and emerging trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Partner with Technology and Operations leaders to optimise financial performance, cost management and resource allocation
Develop clear, concise executive reporting, financial commentary and business intelligence dashboards
Provide robust financial analysis to support investment, funding and operating cost decisions
Strengthen governance,
controls and consistency across performance management processes
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Operations
Partner with Talent & Culture on workforce planning, FTE forecasting and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and decision‑making through data, automation and continuous improvement
About you
Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives, including CFO, Executive Committee or Head of Function‑level stakeholders
Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis capabilities, with the ability to influence strategic decisions through evidence‑based recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive‑level presentations, reporting and commentary
Robust strategic thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
A proactive and commercially focused mindset, with a demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
Experience with financial systems, management information systems (MIS), business intelligence and analytics platforms
CPA, CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
