Business Analyst

Location: Adelaide, SA
n Contract: 6 months, with likely extension
n Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office
n Travel: Occasional travel to Olympic Dam site

About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support technology and business initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support Technology Infrastructure projects.
n
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
n
- Analyse and map current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
n
- Develop tactical plans to improve business processes and outcomes.
n
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex business requirements.
n
- Maintain solid stakeholder engagement and communication throughout projects.
n
- Ensure requirements and processes are clearly documented.
n

About You

n

n




- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst.
n
- Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
n
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Knowledge of BABOK is advantageous.
n
- Experience in Technology Infrastructure projects is preferred.
n
- Industry experience across Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction or Electrical environments will be highly regarded.
n
- Comfortable with occasional travel to the Olympic Dam site.
n
