Job Description

You'll work across all stages of residential builds, from framing through to fix-out and fitting off, as part of a close knit crew that takes pride in the finishes. We are looking for full time candidates on wages, no subbies.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Framing, cladding, fix-outs and fitting off across high end residential projects
n
- Working safely and efficiently, following SWMS and site safety procedures at all times
n
- Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe for other trades and clients
n
- Reading and working confidently from architectural and engineer's plans
n
- Experience working in high end builds
n
- Communicating clearly with the site supervisor, other tradespeople, and clients
n
- Taking direction well, using initiative, and helping keep the day running smoothly
n
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices on site where needed
n

About you

n

n
- Completion of a Carpentry Trade Certificate: fully qualified, not an apprentice with at least 4 years experience
n




- Solid hands on experience across residential construction
n
- Current driver's licence and White Card
n
- Own tools and reliable transport
n
- A reliable, safety conscious attitude and the ability to work autonomously
n
- A team player who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
n
