Clean N Care Home & Garden Services are looking for Part time and Casual Home Care Workers to provide domestic support to clients in their homes within the Gosford Region.

Duties and responsibilities include:

n

n
- Domestic Assistance in the home
n
- Developing relationships with clients and delivering person centered care and support
n
- Supporting clients to meet their daily living and lifestyle requirements.
n
- Ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely & accurate manner
n
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on the progress if required
n
- Complying with Clean N Care's Vision, Mission, Values & Staff Handbook
n
- Ensuring all responsible steps are taken to protect personal safety & the safety of others in the workplace
n
- Adhering to standards, guidelines and operating in accordance with all policies and procedures
n

n





We will provide the training and ongoing support to assist you in doing your job well and safely.

n

You must be able to travel between clients homes, with your own vehicle.

n

Essential Selection Criteria

n

- Police Check
n
- NDIS Worker Screen Check
n
- Car & Drivers License
n
- Mobile phone with internet connection compatible with Clean N Care's (Schedule and Intranet requirements)
n
- First Aid (desirable)
n

NOTE These roles are predominately school hours we still need availability through the school holidays as well as clients require our services
