You will act as the escalation point for the operations team, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and help document technologies you support while guiding junior staff.

The role involves 24/7 shift rotations, lifting up to 20kg, and working in large-scale data centers. A valid driver's license and ability to cover shifts are required.
