THE ROLE:

n

n
- Assisting Sales Agent with PA / Admin duties
n
- Organizing Sales Agents listing collateral including market updates, contract of sale etc;
n
- Prospecting required
n
- Uploading and arranging open home schedule with property occupant
n
- Preparing all marketing collateral for new listing including signage, brochures, internet.
n




- Liaising with all conveyances, buyers and sellers in regards to contract terms
n

n

ABOUT YOU:

n

n
- Min 6 months experience in a similar real estate sales role role
n
- Natural enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude.
n
- Impeccable attention to detail
n
- Real Estate experience is desired but not essential
n
- Agents Rep Certificate
n
