Our client, a highly regarded Specialist Dental Practitioner with 5 star google reviews is now seeking an experienced, committed and professional Practice Manager for their busy and successful practice.

Working within a close-knit, highly supportive team, your days will be diverse but highly manageable. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Accounts & Billing (no complex accounting software required), Medicare/DVA/Workcover, general debt management/management of debtor lists and issue resolution.
n
- Managing Genie software including letter/SFE templates, diary templates, and registration management, IT setups, issue resolution and website management
n
- HR, Operations & Compliance including managing staff reviews, overseeing onboarding and training of staff, OH&S; requirements, Practice Accreditation, managing theatre bookings and accreditation for surgeons and assistants and fostering a warm culture for both staff and patients.

- Assisting with business strategy, growth and development; business forecasts, costings and budgets

About You

n

We are looking for someone who values a warm, boutique setting over the red tape of a large corporate clinic.

- You have a background in a non-corporate, family-style dental practice.
n
- Experience within a specialist or surgical dental environment is highly regarded.
n
- You are highly organised and comfortable using Genie software.
n
- You are a true team player who loves a collaborative environment where staff genuinely support one another.
n

The Offer

n

The role is offered as either a full-time or part-time role (3 or 4 longer days) with an hourly rate of $50-$55 per hour + super (depending on experience). Public transport is at your door so the commute is super easy!
