About the Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for both day-to-day financial operations and strategic financial support for the Australian business including:

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Payroll processes
- Process employee expenses and corporate credit card reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities
- Monitor business performance and provide recommendations to management




- Support reporting requirements for global headquarters
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors
- Support BAS, GST, PAYG and other statutory reporting obligations
- Maintain financial controls, policies and compliance documentation

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- CPA or CA qualified (or currently working towards qualification)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting or finance roles
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a standalone finance role

Highly Desirable

- Experience in renewable energy, technology, manufacturing or distribution industries
- Experience with Xero, SAP Business One, MYOB or similar systems
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for this role
