- Communication:Strong communication, counselling, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

- Mentoring: Experience mentoring and supporting team members to deliver high-quality pharmacy services.

What You'll Need

- Bachelor of Pharmacy with current AHPRA registration.
- Completion of (or desire to complete) relevant scope of practice training.
- Experience with QCPP standards, dispensary policies, and retail pharmacy operations.
- Strong attention to detail, professional presentation, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Previousleadership experience in a community pharmacy setting;previousexperience as a Pharmacist in Charge is preferred.
