About the Prospect

Canterbury BMW is part of Autosports Group , one of Australia's leading automotive retail groups. Located in Sydney's Inner West at 376-384 Canterbury Road, we represent the full BMW new vehicle range in a modern, state of the art showroom environment.

We are looking for a driven and professional New Car Sales Consultant to join our New Car department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson who wants to work with a prestige brand and be part of a results-focused team.

About the Role

As a New Car Sales Consultant you will:

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales journey
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business
- Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations and test drives
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Accurately manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce
- Work closely with the Finance,



Aftersales and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover
- Maintain a high standard of product knowledge across the current BMW range
- Represent the BMW brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Proven experience in new or used car sales (prestige/premium brand experience highly regarded)
- A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
- A track record of achieving sales targets
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- High personal presentation and professionalism
- Comfort using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage)
- A positive attitude and the desire to continuously improve
