About the practice:

Contemporary, sophisticated, multi-site practice with strong emphasis on data privacy, digital tools, email communication and CRM.Quiet office environment. Face-to-face and Telehealth service. Low visitors numbers at the premises. Specialists, GPs, and allied health.
n Paperless private billing practice. Best Practice software, our own server, cyber safety safeguards and staff training which make your work interesting and edge-cutting.

Gold Coast office is close to beach, shopping centre, main roads and public transport. Our strong multidisciplinary team of ~20 support professional clients and career-pursuing students, caring for their health with high standards of excellence.

About the role:

n

Experience of working in a GP,



allied health and paediatrics practice is essential.

n

Following simple instructions and company policies to the tee is the key of your success with us.

n

Competence in Best Practice software, Medicare billing and confidence working independently, with high-volume phone call and email correspondence.
n Managing patients bookings and billings for doctors and allied health. Supporting telehealth and face-to-face doctors and allied health consultations.

n

Running busy email communication with patients and electronic health records.
n Customer-facing role, friendly interpersonal style, caring for your doctors and for your patients who often do not have a lot of patience, working as a team and having fun together, when possible.

n

Professional growth and development are provided.

n

High level of command and written English is essential.

n

Fluent Chinese and/or Cantonese is a bonus.

n

Start with 35AUD p/h during probation period and open to discuss a permanent agreement after the probation, based on your performance.
