An established and highly regarded Tier 2 commercial builder is looking for an experienced Foreman to join their growing project team and take ownership of a high-quality construction project in Inner Melbourne.

With a strong reputation across the Victorian construction market, this builder delivers a diverse portfolio of commercial, multi-residential and mixed-use projects, with a focus on quality, safety and program delivery.

The Opportunity

n

As Foreman, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and subcontractor teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site activities
n
- Maintaining site safety, quality and environmental standards
n
- Monitoring project progress against program and construction milestones
n
- Coordinating trades, materials, deliveries and site logistics
n
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring works meet required standards
n




- Working closely with the Site Manager and broader project team
n
- Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
n
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Foreman within a commercial construction environment
n
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site management
n
- Experience working on projects of $40M+
n
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
n
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
n
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and program
n
- Relevant construction qualifications preferred
n
