As a Lead Educator, you'll play an important role in creating engaging learning experiences for children, building strong relationships with families and supporting the educators around you to thrive.

What you'll be doing

n

Working alongside the Centre Leadership Team, you'll:

n

- Lead the delivery of high-quality learning experiences within your room.
n
- Mentor, guide and support educators to build a solid and collaborative team.
n
- Develop meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
n
- Create safe, engaging and stimulating environments where children can learn and grow.
n
- Bring Guardian's To BE Me learning program to life through intentional, play-based experiences.
n
- Observe, reflect on and document children's learning and development.
n
- Support a positive room culture where every child and educator feels valued.
n
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the centre.

What you'll bring

n

We're looking for someone who is confident leading a room and passionate about helping both children and educators reach their potential.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader.
n
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (completed) or higher.
n
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
n
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing educators.
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences.
n
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, across rotating shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
n

Highly regarded

n

n
- Child Protection Certificate.
n
- Food Safety Certificate.
n
- 2–3 years' experience within the early childhood sector.
n
