We are seeking an experienced OIP Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program in Singapore on a 3-year contract. The role will focus on engaging business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements, and supporting the delivery of operational technology and data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
n
- Partner with stakeholders to assess needs and define solutions.
n




- Manage requirements traceability, validation, and testing activities.
n
- Support workshops, fit-gap analysis, risk assessments, and UAT activities.
n
- Contribute to data governance, integration design discussions, and project deliverables.
n
- Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- 3-5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
n
- Experience working within regulated environments.
n
- Knowledge of integration platforms such as HighByte, HiveMQ, Cognite, AVEVA PI, and InfluxDB3.
n
- Experience working with third-party vendors and technology teams.
n
- Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies is advantageous.
