Female Disability and Mental Health Support Worker

Kefi Supports is looking for Multiple Support Workers, who are willing to work with individuals who come from all walks of life.

n

If you have the flexibility to work AM/PM/Passive/Active Overnights on a weekly roster and looking for a rewarding role we want to hear from you.

n

We are looking to hire female support workers for a female-only team. Applicants should have availability to work passive nights as well as day shifts.

n

As a Support worker your role involves supporting and empowering people with disabilities to achieve their goals.

Qualifications & experience required:

n

NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' Certificate (Mandatory)

n

Recent Worker - NDIS Induction Module Certificate (Mandatory)

n

Certificate III Individual Support or willing to enroll within 6 months of starting employment

n

First aid (Mandatory)

n

NDIS Disability Worker Screening (Mandatory)

n

Working with Children Check (Mandatory)

n

Safe Environments for Children & Young People 'Through Their Eyes' Certificate (Mandatory)

n

Drivers license and own vehicle

n

Open availability to work within a 24/7 roster

n

Tasks & responsibilities:

n

Personal care - Supervise, prompt or assist Participant with hygiene

n

Community access - Taking Participants to activities and appointments in the community

n

Workplace Support

n

Respite

n

Ensure participant notes are accurate and kept up to date

n

Open availability to work within a 24/7 roster
