Far West Local Health District invites an Aboriginal Health Worker/Practitioner to join the Sustaining NSW Families Plus team in Broken Hill. The role focuses on delivering holistic, culturally sensitive care and promoting the SNF Plus program within local communities.

The position is temporary full time until 30 June 2027, with 38 hours per week and salary range $67,612–$97,730 plus super. Applicants must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.
