About The Role

The Continuous Improvement and Planning Lead plays a strategic leadership role in driving service excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency across the library network. This position is responsible for leading service planning, policy development, and data-driven decision-making to support responsive and future-focused library services.

It oversees key functions including project coordination, service reviews, and trend analysis, while also managing staff rostering in a high-demand workplace. The role leads recruitment and onboarding processes and is instrumental in promoting library services, programs, and events through effective communication and marketing strategies. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the role ensures that services evolve to meet the changing needs of the community.
