WE'RE HIRING | MATERIALS PROCESSING SALES ENGINEER

Tricon are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Materials Processing Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

n

This is a senior sales-focused role for someone who understands crushing, screening, washing, conveying and materials processing equipment and knows how to turn technical knowledge into commercially successful solutions for customers.

n

You'll work directly with customers across the quarrying, mining, recycling, construction materials and extractive industries, helping them select and configure equipment and processing solutions to improve production, efficiency and profitability.

n

The role will include:

n

n
- Developing new equipment and plant sales opportunities
n
- Building strong relationships with quarry, mining and recycling customers
n
- Understanding customer applications, feed materials and production requirements
n
- Recommending crushing, screening, washing and conveying solutions
n
- Preparing equipment selections, plant concepts, quotations and proposals
n
- Conducting site visits and application assessments
n
- Developing new customers while growing existing key accounts
n
- Working closely with our OEM partners and internal technical teams
n




- Following opportunities from initial enquiry through to commissioning and ongoing support
n
- Taking ownership of sales targets, pipeline development and revenue growth
n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Experience in crushing, screening, quarrying, mining, recycling or materials processing
n
- Solid technical knowledge of mobile and/or fixed processing equipment
n
- Capital sales experience
n
- A strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- The ability to work independently and actively develop new business
n
- A willingness to travel and spend time with customers in the field
n

n

Experience with crushers, screens, trommels, washing systems, conveyors or complete processing plants would be highly regarded.

n
