Job Description
You're a driven individual, looking to kick-start your career in accounting within a role that sits at the heart of live music, touring and events. As a Junior Tour Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial management of tours and events, assisting with the tracking and preparation of tour accounts to ensure payments are accurate, timely and well managed.

Working closely with the Tour Accountants, you'll contribute to the smooth delivery of financial processes across each stage of a tour, balancing both administrative and operational responsibilities. You're organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong interest in how financial performance underpins successful events. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about live music and events.

HERE'S WHERE YOU'LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME

- Supporting the Tour Accountants with budgets, forecasting and financial planning for tours and events.
n
- Preparing financial reports and assisting with tour and event settlements.
n
- Tracking and recording financial transactions related to touring activities.
n
- Processing invoices, reconciling expenses and managing payments.
n
- Assisting with monthly reporting and audit preparation.
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records across internal systems and databases.
n
- Collaborating with tour managers, operations and internal stakeholders.
n
- Supporting process improvements and contributing to more efficient ways of working.
n

WHAT YOU BRING

- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
n
- Foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
n
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers.
n
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
n
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets and financial tools.
n
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the broader team.

- Genuine interest in the music, touring and events space.
