What You'll Be Doing

- Manage your own well-maintained residential portfolio.

- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
n
- Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals and rent reviews.
n
- Complete routine, entry and exit inspections using modern technology.
n
- Manage arrears, tribunal preparation and legislative compliance.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining HIVE's high standards.

About You
n
You're a motivated Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and is looking to be part of a team that genuinely supports your success.
n
You'll also have:
n

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
n
- Current ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
n
- Sound knowledge of ACT residential tenancy legislation.
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
n
- Experience using PropertyMe or similar property management software.
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
