What this position entails

n

n
- Installing and servicing alarms, CCTV, access control & intercom systems
n
- Working across commercial, industrial and residential projects (approx. 80% commercial/industrial)
n
- Installation, Programming, Commissioning, Handover Training to Client.
n
- Networking, wireless links & IP-based security solutions
n
- Assisting with system handovers and client training
n
- Supporting our sales team with occasional site inspections to the larger commercial sites
n
- Using SimPro for job management and reporting
n

n





Qualifications & experience:

n

n
- Hands on experience with Alarms, CCTV, Access Control & Intercoms installation and service work
n
- Experience in access control for commercial applications is ideal
n
- Minimum Intermediate level programming and setup capabilities
n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the electronic security industry in Australia is required
n
- Queensland Class 2 Security License for the installation and maintenance of security systems
n
- Open Cabler's License with necessary endorsements to handle low-voltage cabling installations
n
- White Card certification for working in construction environments
n
- Blue Card certification is preferred but can obtain during employment
n
- Current First Aid certification is preferred but can be obtained during employment
n
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certification preferred
n
- Current resident in the Brisbane area
n

n

Ideal if you have experience in:

n

n
- Inception alarm and access control
n
- Integriti and/or Tecom alarm systems including access control
n
- Access Control experience (2 wire & IP)
n
- CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Hanwha, NX Witness, Axis +
n

n
