You’ll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists and an Allied Health Assistant, giving you the opportunity to collaborate, share ideas and learn from one another.

Better Rehab works across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications.You’llhave the chance to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills acrossdifferent stagesof their support journey.
Day-to-day you will:
- Conductmeaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
- Buildenduring relationships with clients andwitnessthe lasting impact of your work.
- Innovate and Collaborate:Whetheryou'redealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches,
or facing professional challenges,you'llhave a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You:

Qualifications
- Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on acase by casebasis
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- AnNDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- This is an ideal role for Occupational Therapists with 1-4 years experience
