BaptistCare in Hobart, Tasmania, is seeking a dedicated Family Services Practitioner to join our Integrated Family Support Team on a full time max term contract until 20 June 2027.

You will undertake comprehensive family assessments, build trusted relationships with carers and children, provide ongoing support and advocacy, and apply trauma-informed practice to promote safety and wellbeing for children and young people across Northern Tasmania.
