You will coach, mentor and assess staff, partnering with leaders to drive quality improvement and learning initiatives.

You'll bring registration as a Midwife with the NMBA, advanced midwifery knowledge and solid clinical judgement, and a passion for developing a capable, compassionate workforce to improve outcomes
