About the Role:

We’re looking for reliable and hardworkingLabourers / Drivers to join our service team.

In this hands‑on role, you will travel to client sites to remove and replace kitchen filters, helping ensure commercial kitchens remain clean, safe, efficient, and operating to a high standard. The work is active and varied, with early starts Monday to Friday. Both full-time and casual opportunities are available.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, on‑the‑go work and being part of a supportive and close‑knit team. It is well suited to candidates with experience infactory work, general labouring, construction, landscaping, warehousing, cleaning, or trade assistant roles .

Key Responsibilities:





- Drive safely to client sites to perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance
- Safely remove, clean, and replace exhaust and air filters
- Follow safety procedures and complete tasks to a high standard
- Represent Lotus Commercial professionally at every site
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily schedules and service goals

What We’re Looking For:

- Current full driver’s licence and good driving record
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, warehouse, or labouring roles is an advantage
