An established allied health provider is seeking an Speech Pathologist to join a regional service operating under a highly flexible FIFO model.
n
Based from Adelaide, you'll travel interstate to support an established NDIS caseload on a fortnightly FIFO rotation, with your travel, accommodation and vehicle expenses covered by the organisation.
n
This opportunity could suit an SP who enjoys working autonomously, wants variety in their caseload and likes the idea of concentrating their face-to-face work into an onsite week, with greater flexibility when working remotely.
n
The Role
n
Working within a multidisciplinary allied health workplace, you'll provide community-based Speech Pathologist services to NDIS participants across a range of ages and presentations.
n
The caseload has a strong paediatric component alongside adult participants and can include both straightforward and more complex clinical work.
n
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

n
- NDIS documentation and report writing
n
- Collaboration with participants, families, carers and other health professionals
n
n
There is flexibility to align your caseload with your experience and clinical strengths while continuing to develop across different areas of Speech Pathology.
n
A Different Way of Working
n
This isn't your typical Monday-to-Friday clinic position.
n
You'll travel to a regional location once per fortnight,
completing the majority of your face-to-face appointments during your onsite rotation.
n
Outside of the onsite component, there is flexibility to complete documentation, reporting and other responsibilities remotely.
n
Clinicians are trusted to manage their own schedules and structure their working hours around client requirements and agreed productivity expectations.
