This is a hands‐on leadership role supporting the Warehouse Manager and helping ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and smoothly each day.

Key responsibilities

- Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operations and team performance
n
- Lead, motivate and supervise warehouse staff
n
- Coordinate & perform picking, packing, receiving and dispatch activities
n
- Assist with stock control, inventory and warehouse organisation
n
- Train and support new team members
n
n
About you
n
n
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience in a 3PL environment
n
- Previous team leader, supervisor or 2IC experience preferred but not essential
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, hands‐on setting
n
- Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team
n
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
n
