We are on the hunt for a Maintenance Fitter (Day Shift) 5am - 1.30pm to join our team! You will be responsible for undertaking site/plant maintenance at our Ravenhall site!

n

A normal day in the role of the Maintenance Fitter includes:

n

n
- Helping develop and maintain preventative maintenance, identify, solve and remedy breakdown issues
n
- Working with the Operations team to communicate and provide maintenance records
n
- Contributing to ensuring equipment operates within agreed tolerances of equipment breakdown levels
n
- Ensuring new equipment changes comply to all OH&S; and Quality requirements
n
- Proactively organising resources to ensure continuous production
n
- Driving or contributing to project work
n
- Promoting a culture which shows strong attention to detail in documentation, GMP and OH&S; practices
n

To be in the running for this role, you should have:

n

n
- A relevant Australian Mechanical Fitting trade qualification
n
- Demonstrated Maintenance/Mechanical Fitter experience
n
- An open, curious and optimistic outlook; you're a problem solver
n
- An entrepreneurial flair; always searching for 'what's next' and can lead with agility
n
- Open to learning and exposure to different capabilities and experiences within the business
n
- Passionate about culture and self-motivated
n
- Food industry experience (advantageous)
n
