About the Role

n

Reporting to the Chief Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring accommodation areas, dining facilities, and galley support operations are maintained to the highest standards. Your contribution will help create a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment for all personnel onboard.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Serve meals and provide excellent customer service to onboard personnel.
n
- Clean and maintain mess rooms, cabins, accommodation areas, and common spaces.
n
- Support galley operations and assist with food preparation when required.
n
- Carry out pantry duties and maintain cleanliness standards.
n
- Perform laundry services.
n
- Assist the Chief Cook and Night Cook as directed.
n
- Ensure all catering activities comply with established procedures, food safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
n




- Undertake additional duties as required to support offshore operations.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in hospitality, catering, housekeeping, cleaning, or accommodation services.
n
- Training or knowledge in food hygiene, personal hygiene, and safe food handling practices.
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
n
- A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
n
- Ability to work in a structured offshore environment and follow procedures.
n
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, environmental responsibility, and workplace integrity.
n

Essential Requirements

n

- Valid offshore survival certification applicable to the region of work.
n
- Current and valid offshore medical fitness certificate.
n
- Relevant training and competencies for offshore catering operations.
n
- Ability to meet pre-employment and offshore mobilisation requirements.
n
