The role:
n
Responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development,documentationand implementation of change to ensure successful implementation.
n
Key accountabilities:
n
n
- Develop change deliverables and activities for the Program to support leadership and program outcomes (Business Case, Delivery).
n
- Manage and implement change activities for the Program or project to support leadership and to ensure successful implementation of the program.
n
- Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using Change Methodologies (i.e.PROSCI/ADKAR) to support change management activities.
n
- Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with leadership to document and communicate change activities.
n
- Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program or projectobjectivesare fit for purpose.
n
- Manage stakeholders,identifyand manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Program Change Lead
n
- Execute safety responsibilities,authoritiesand accountabilities consistent with Sydney Trains safety management system requirements which are defined in SMS document number SMS-02-RG-3058.
n
- Driving project deadlines and milestones to the required standards and targets whilst ensuring the needs of stakeholders are considered andaccounted.
n
- Working in a complex business environmentcurrentlyundergoingsignificant change.
n
- Working in an industrially sensitive operational workplace
n
