Are you an experienced Used Car Sales Manager or Assistant Used Car Sales Manager looking for the next step in your career? Due to solid growth Prestige Auto Traders (PATA) Mansfield are looking to expand their team. Our Used Car operation requires an experienced and results-driven Senior Salesperson to take the business to the next level.

Responsibilities

- Actively engage with new and existing customers to the dealership.
- Identify customer's vehicle needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate used vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and advantages.
- Negotiate with customers to close sales.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Comply with dealership policies and relevant regulations
- Assist with inventory management and ensuring the showroom is well presented.

Requirements

- Have a proven track record in Automotive Sales (preferred) and the ability to achieve targets
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can build solid relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders (Finance & Insurance)
- Robust negotiation,



objection handling and customer engagement skills
- A passion for the motor vehicle industry
- A current and valid driver's licence
