Our Clinical Services team sits at the heart of that mission - delivering safe, high-quality care through structured digital pathways. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join us full time in a remote capacity.

We’re pretty lucky this is the norm and not the exception for us/ In this role you’ll use your strong problem solving and communication skills to support a wide range of patients via telehealth and improve their care and access to a variety of healthcare solutions.

This role is available on a full-time basis, and will include weekend work. Preferably split across Saturday and Sunday.

What you’ll do

- Manage new and existing patients throughout their journey
- Review patient information, including questionnaires or health inquiries, to determine eligibility for specific treatment plans




- Conduct calls or video conferences with patients to provide clinical education, advice, and assistance
- Assess patient symptoms, triage concerns when needed, and provide appropriate clinical guidance
- Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Share feedback for constant improvement of systems and processes to improve patient experience

Experience you’ll bring

The ideal candidate will have:

- Current practising certificate without restrictions from AHPRA
- Recent primary health care experience including in men’s health (ideally hair loss, sexual health, skincare, weight loss and mental health)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent technological skills
- Keen interest in Telemedicine, men’s health and cosmetic medicine
- Must be okay with shift work including weekends

Highly regarded

- Experience in telehealth or digital health
- Exposure to men’s health, dermatology, weight management or sexual health
- Familiarity with asynchronous models of care
